Borno: Not all gets bombed out, toddler survives

Published

on

A toddler defied death on Saturday, when he survived in one of the multiple bomb blasts that killed about 90 people in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital.

The photograph of the baby whose name has not been determined, was revealed Monday on Twitter by a resident of Maiduguri, who assisted in rescue efforts at one of the scenes of the blasts.

Those who rescued the baby alive say it is either the parents were in one of the markets to sell or buy commodities, but did not return home in one piece.

How he was able to survive is still unknown, and his relatives are yet to be located.
