Buhari is a joke, a parody of the 21st century —Atiku

The Presidential Election Petition Court has dismisses claims made by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, and his party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) over claims made concerning a purported server belonging to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The tribunal sacked the PDP and Atiku’s claim that INEC transmitted election results electronically into its server.

The chairman of the five-man panel of the tribunal, Justice Mohammed Garba said at the ongoing ruling on Atiku and PDP petition against Buhari, that there was no evidence that INEC transmitted the results of the last presidential election electronically to any server.

According to him, the petitioners failed to prove the existence of an INEC server or that the electoral commission transmitted results electronically.

It also said that no law in place in Nigeria allowed electronic transmission of results or the transmission of result using the card reader.

“I have carefully examined and examined Exhibit 28 (INEC Manual for Election) tendered by the petitioners, I did not see where there is provision for electronic transmission of a result of an election,” Justice Garba said.
