Twitter on fire over Diezeani’s cancer-stricken looks

In from Ahmed Boulor . . .
Social media platform twitter was literally on fire Saturday, as its users in Nigeria reacted to pictures of former minster for petroleum resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke, who is said to have been stricken with cancer.
The picture of the frail looking Diezani, which was put out by Dele Momodu, publisher of Ovation magazine, elicited mixed reactions from Nigerians.
The appalling photos show a physically ravaged former minister who is now a far cry from her radiant and energetic persona.
But most Nigerian’s seem skeptical about the photos with many suggesting that her ravaged appearance could have been photo-shopped in order to elicit public sympathy.

@Mx_amina: “I really don’t believe this Dizeani story. If I go for hunger strike for 3 weeks and call-up Tara Durotoye- the make-up artiste, I can get that look in no time”.
@I_gona_bubble: “The fear of Buhari is the beginning of sickness. For Dizeani, it’s cancer. For Sambo, it’s a knee problem. For Alamiyeseigha, it’s heart attack.”
@DayoIbitoye: “Lord let this be a PHOTOSHOP. This cannot be Dizeani.”
@Omonilelawyer: “God please make any APC fan who makes fun of Dizeani and accuses her falsely without proof to suffer the same fate”.
@Damihlohlar: “You can’t steal that much money and not have cancer”.
@Oyemiajike: “Does anyone know if Dizeani Allison Madueke is still OPEC chief”.
@Emeka18: “Buhari needs to hurry up and collect our national life savings from that ***, then jail her”.
@Oo_Gho_Gho: “Dizeani used to be so cute but she now looks a shadow of herself. God why now?!!”
@enzo_uzor: “Dizeani has confirmed again that she has cancer. Yes… cancer of long throat”.
@Solomonwise: “@ThisIsBuhari; Baba please, let a reformed DSS be put on alert, Dizeani must not escape. We need our money back”.
