Tyga and his landlord settle out of court over rent
Hip hop star Tyga has reportedly settled out of court with his landlord over back rent payment after initially ignoring a court judgment that resulted in a warrant for his arrest.
According to TMZ, the rapper’s attorney and the landlord’s law firm, Abir, Cohen, Treyzon and Salo, just settled the case after Tyga’s landlord got a $480,000 judgment for back rent and damage to the Malibu rental.
Reports suggests that the settlement is for less than the $480,000, but no one is saying how many cents on the dollar Tyga’s coughing out.
