US Police launch manhunt for suspect behind bomb packages targeting high-profile Democrats

Concerned authorities in the United States of America have launched a manhunt for the suspect behind the delivery of bomb packages targeted at high-profile Democrats.

Reports say the Federal Bureau of Investigation FBI has revealed that it is now investigating the act of terrorism after it established that former U.S. President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton were among targets of suspected package bombs.

Former Vice President Joe Biden, billionaire philanthropist George Soros and CNN, are among other targets and the findings are sowing fear in many less than two weeks before Americans cast their vote in midterm elections.

The FBI said two packages were sent to California Congresswoman Maxine Waters and also revealed that investigators are trying to track down another suspicious parcel they believe was addressed to Obama’s vice president, Joe Biden.

However, none of the eight packages detonated, and nobody was hurt. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
