Victor Moses close to joining Fenerbahce on loan

Nigerian forward, Victor Moses is set to join Turkish side, Fenerbahce on loan from Chelsea, and reports have it that he has passed medical.

The recently-retired Super Eagles star arrived in Istanbul on Wednesday and is expected to sign a six-month loan deal that will keep him at the club until the end of the season.

The 28-year-old has been restricted to five appearances at Chelsea this season, with his only start coming in September’s EFL Cup win at Liverpool.

Moses arrived at Stamford Bridge from Wigan for £9m in 2012 and has scored 18 goals in 128 games.

Since 2012, he has had loan spells at Liverpool, Stoke City and West Ham.

Fenerbahce are two points from bottom of the Turkish top flight division, 21 points behind leaders Istanbul Basaksehir.

They host Yeni Malatyaspor in a league clash on Monday, as Moses might make his debut.
