Victor Moses eyes more goals for Fenerbahce

Nigerian winger, Victor Moses has expressed his excitement after opening his goal account for Fenerbahce, and is looking at scoring more goals for the club.

The Chelsea loanee sealed victory for the Turkish giants in their 2-0 win over Goztepe in a League match on Friday night.

28-year-old Moses has played a sub role in his first two matches. He came in in the 64th minute on Friday and scored nine minutes after.

“I’m very happy to score my first goal for the team. I hope I can score more goals,” Moses told the club’s website after the game.

“We will continue to work hard.
There is quality in the team and everyone work very well.

“Everyone is showing me great love, very good support. I can feel it when I’m in the field.

“I want to help my team and contribute. We showed a great character. Tonight we saw how happy everyone was.”

Fenerbahce are now 11th in the Turkish Super Lig table after 20 games with 23 points.

Moses, who had also had loan stints at Crystal Palace, Stoke City, Liverpool and West Ham, is expected to make his third appearance for Fenerbahce in their league clash against Kayserispor next Friday.
