Why Buhari ignored nPDP –Presidency

The Presidency has explained why President Muhammadu Buhari is not ready to meet with the aggrieved members of the New Peoples Democratic Party (nPDP).

It stated that the decision was to show respect to the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The nPDP leaders joined forces with the All Progressives Congress (APC) to dislodge the PDP in 2015 elections.

A reliable source yesterday told New Telegraph correspondent that President Buhari had wanted due process to be followed as Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and the party hierarchy was handling the matter.
