Wike’ll always be a tout, Amaechi says

Former governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi has said that his successor, Nyesome Wike is a tout who will never change from his ways.

He spoke at a ward rally in Gokana local government area on Tuesday, as part of build nup to the re run elections coming up in the state on Saturday.

Amaechi who alleged that the governor had issued a directive that he (Amaechi) should be beaten up anywhere he is seen on Saturday, also called on the Federal Government and the police to ensure adequate security is provided for voters on election
day.

He stated that the presence of soldiers in the state, or anywhere for that matter, is an indication that security has broken down in such areas.

He called on the electorate to be vigilant, cast their votes peacefully, and report any act of violence to security agencies.
