Father of 9 docked for allegedly dumping daughter's corpse in canal

A suicidal Brazilian woman has dragged an assassin to court claiming her consumer rights were breached after she paid the hit man to murder her but the man didn’t do what he was paid to do.

The woman says she is suing because the assassin failed to carry out the service even as court papers revealed the woman had tried taking her own life several times before settling on hiring an assassin.

The unnamed woman, who suffers from chronic depression, offered an undisclosed sum of money and her car in return for him killing her.

But she told a court the hit man disappeared after getting an advance payment without “delivering the service”.

She told a judge in Taquatinga, near the capital Brasilia, that her “consumer rights” had been breached, MailOnline reports.
