Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court, Ibadan judicial division, who declared the verdict after Oyesanmi pleaded guilty to a one-count, amended the charge brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Ibadan Zonal Office.

According to investigations by EFCC, operatives ruled that Oyesanmi was fond of sending pornographic pictures through his email address to pose to his victims as a woman, with the purpose of extorting money from them.

The judge then sentenced Oyesanmi to four months’ imprisonment with effect from his day of arrest.
