ZLP elects new national leadership for next 4 years
The Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) has concluded its 2025 National Convention during which it elected new National Executive members to lead it for the next four years.
A statement by the National Publicity Secretary of the ZLP, Amb Khalid Arewa, made available to Journalists in Bauchi, Saturday evening contained that, “The Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its 2025 National Convention, held on February 6, 2025.”
The spokesperson stated that the Convention, which brought together party members from across the country, marked a significant milestone in the party’s journey.
According to him, the newly elected Executive members include: National Chairman: Chief Dan Nwanyanwu
National Secretary: Hon. Yahaya Makama
National Vice Chairman North Central: Alh. Usman Danjuma

National Legal Adviser: ThankGod Enohoro
National Publicity Secretary: Amb. Khalid Arewa
National Women Leader: Mrs Chinyare Oge-Kalu
National Youth Leader: Comr. Lucky Okurabore
Other Executive members were also elected from the Six geo-political zones in the country, ensuring a balanced representation of diverse interests and perspectives.
The ZLP also reaffirmed its commitment to the principles of equity and transparency welcoming all Nigerians to join its fold in pursuit of a better future for a great nation.
Key highlights of the Convention, included review and amendment of the party’s Constitution.
