Ex-president Zuma to face corruption charges

Incumbent President of South Africa, Jacob Zuma is preparing grounds for the take over of the presidency by his ex-wife Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma after announcing months ago that he would not be gunning for a third term.

Reports say Zuma has started campaigning for his ex-wife and has been sounding it out to those who care to listen that she is the anointed one to replace him when he steps down as the President of South Africa.

Zuma has already said that his political party is ready for a female leader much so as there are ongoing political rallies and campaigns in support of Dlamini-Zuma as the next president to take over come 2019.

Reports say Zuma also summoned KwaZulu-Natal ANC chairperson, Sihle Zikalala to inquire why the province is yet to lend support to Dlamini-Zuma as the next president, After much deliberation with the ANC chairperson, a source said: ‘ Zuma told Zikalala to go do the work that is expected of the pary.’
