Again, CAF reschedules Nigeria, Egypt match to March 25

The last has been heard about the actual date for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations Day 3 qualifying match between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and the Pharaohs of Egypt as the Confederation of African Football, CAF, on Wednesday, confirmed that the match will now take place on at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna on Friday, March 25 as against the March 26 date announced early in the week.
The match was earlier billed for March 23 but the NFF applied that the match be moved to March 26 which was granted by CAF last week.

CAF in a mail sent to the NFF instructed that Nigeria should endeavor to make room for “a minimum of two full days of rest between the two matches.”
NFF General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Sanusi, said on Thursday: “We have now moved the match forward by 24 hours, so we will play on Friday, March 25 and Saturday, March 26
