In from Ahmed Boulor . . .
Nigerian rapper Vic O has been targeted by angry fans on twitter after he announced on social media that he’ll be waxing a remix of the song of award winning British singer Adele titled ‘Hello’.
American rapper Rick Ross did a cover to Adele’s ‘Hello‘ shortly after its release and a few days back, Nigerian singer Omawumi, who is working on releasing her new album, also did the same.
But when rapper Vic O announced he’ll be doing a cover for the hit song which has not only gotten over 200 million views on YouTube but has even been made into a hilarious game called ‘the hello challenge’, he got on the wrong side of fans on twitter who lashed out at him.

“The people doing this Vic O are actually using his destiny to drink palm wine. I dey tell you.” @Cute_ellyn wrote on twitter.
“Vic O isn’t half as bad as Nigerian’s say he is, he is actually worse.” @oria_bure thundered on twitter.
But another fan saw the smartness in Vic O’s latest submission by noting that it is all a social media stunt.
“And the noise maker Vic O is trending again on twitter… without paying for promo… Smart guy.” @Beausteven_blog wrote.
