#BBNaija's Tobi Bakare accussed of intellectual poperty theft

Former Big Brother Naija 2018 housemate Tobi Bakare is at the centre of a brewing controversy after a media and photography outfit accussed him of intellectual property theft.

The outfit identified as 26views Media via a message on Instagram claimed they approached Tobi Bakare for a photoshoot and shared the concept with him via email.

26views Media further claimed that Tobi Bakare who emerged as a finalist in the last BBNaija ‘Double Wahala’ edition went ahead to use the photoshoot concept with another photographer without their consent.

“This quite painful knowing fully well that Tobi is also a creative person. Man with no conscience! I wounder if people just do things without thinking or knwoing the consequences of their actions.

“How will you (@tobibakre) feel if you shared an idea with someone and this happened? I respect your hustle G but this is all wrong. Do better- and no! They never asked for money for the shoot- it was just an idea they needed to do and sponsor the shoot.

“This is so unfair to the twins (@ayofilmit and @shutterbuoy) and to 26views Media,” a message from @DirectedByDiji read.

As at the time of filing in this report, Tobi Bakare, a graduate from the University of Lagos in 2012 with a degree in Banking And Finance, had not confirmed or denied the allegations levelled against him.
