Guys, here’s how to loose weight and still gain muscles

New findings by scientists have explained how you can add muscles while also going for a six-pack coupled with dieting which ends the eternal conflict between bulking up and slimming down.

The key to achieving this is working out six times a week as well as stacking your meals with a high dose of protein and also going really low on calorie diet.

But many try to balance the routine by turning the beer gut into a six-pack and adding some muscle mass but the two often seem to clash.

Some also struggle to choose one at a time and cycle between dieting hard and pounding the treadmill for a while and then eating really much before hitting the gym again.

But it is possible to lose fat while building muscle according to new research from McMaster University only if you follow a regimen that scientists described as “gruelling” while eating plenty of protein.

Researchers observed 40 men who weren’t in great shape. They cut down on their calorie intake by 40 percent and worked out six times per week. One group followed a high-protein diet while the other ate a low-protein diet.

The high-protein dieters gained more muscle, an extra 2.5 pounds in all, but, surprisingly, they also lost an average of 10.5 pounds opposed to 8 pounds.

The routine nonetheless isn’t a quick and easy fix and finding six gym days per week is asking a lot of anyone, but the study seems to prove that gaining muscles and losing weight can take place at the same time. Just don’t forget to fix that protein laden meal and shake when you get home.
