Veteran actor Saint Obi is now channeling his efforts into making a mark as a musician after staying off the movie scene for a while.

The actor who now runs a record label is planning to release three singles before the year runs out and he is said to be leaving no stone unturned in his bid to make the very best out of his venture into the world of music.

Saint Obi has revealed that his record label is going to provide opportunities for young, promising and aspiring artistes who have been looking for a platform to blossom.

There are so many talented Nigerians who have been looking for platforms that will give flight to their talents without any success. This led to the creation of Agwhyte Music Label. At the moment, Agwhyte music label is starting with a group called, A.M. Krew made up of D-Style & Wit Moral as well as my humble self. We are dropping 3 massive joints titled, You & I, Imagine and Sarakute.” He said.

The thespian now joins the growing list of Nollywood actors such as Genevieve Nnaji, Tonto Dike, Jim Iyke, Nkem Owoh, John Okafor, Victor Osuagwu, Nkem Owoh, Dayo Amusa and Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde among others who have at one time or the other decided to test the murky waters of the music industry.
