The election was earlier declared inconclusive by INEC after collation and announcement of results of the March 9 election. The electoral body fixed March 23 for supplementary election before it changed gear for conclusion of collation.
However, an Abuja High Court ordered against the conclusion of collation before the order was lifted on Monday.
