All Kwara commissioners, special advisers, assistants sacked –State SSG

Kwara State Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed has sacked the state’s executive council, his Special Advisers (SA), Senior Special Assistants (SSA) and Special Assistants (SA).

A statement by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Isiaka Gold, on Thursday said that the sack was with immediate effect.

The governor he said asked the commissioners to hand over to permanent secretaries of their ministries.

Governor Ahmed, who according to the statement appreciated the former executive council members, special advisers and assistants for their service and contributions to the state, also assured the citizens of the state that additional measures had been put in place to ensure government businesses are not affected with the development until the reconstitution of the state’s executive council.
