LAGOS: Babajide Sanwo-Olu leads, set to be announced governor-elect

The Lagos State All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, Babajide Sanwo-Olu-Olu, is set to clinch the poll if early results are anything to go by.

So far, results from 11 Local Government Areas, LGAs, announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) show Sanwo-Olu in very clear lead. The LGAs are: Agege, Apapa, Oshodi-Isolo, Ibeju/Lekki, Amuwo-Odofin, Ikorodu, Ikeja, Mushin, Eti-Osa, Shomolu, Kosofe.
