Floyd Maytweather has posted a promotional poster on his Instagram and it is for the September 12th Las Vegas bout between him and Andre Berto.

The pound-for-pound king (48-0, 26 knockouts) is meeting Berto for the final fight of his career, the undefeated boxer revealed. Mayweather will be defending his welterweight world titles against Berto (30-3, 23 knockouts).

And as usual, Floyd who defeated Manny Pacquiao in a historic fight in May is feeling confident that he will be victorious, and this coming fight is his attempt to match the late heavyweight champion Rocky Maricano’s 49-0 record.

He said on Tuesday: ““I’m ready to get back in the ring on September 12 and prove again to the whole world why I’m ‘The Best Ever’ … Forty-eight have tried before and on September 12, I’m going to make it 49.”

The fight will be broadcasted from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas by Showtime pay-per-view, and it has pundits wondering if this fight would come with the razzmatazz of the last one.

The fight between Floyd and Pac had turned a star-studded affair as Beyoncé and Jay Z and other celebs thronged the venue of the fight. Stars like Don Jazzy flew all the way from Nigeria to watch the fight.
