THE Edo State police command has obtained a warrant of arrest from the Benin High Court to effect the arrest of the former Deputy Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Mrs Elizabeth Ativie over her alleged refusal to return the remaining one vehicle belonging to the House in her possession.

The lawmaker who is currently on suspension from the House had returned three out of the four vehicles in her possession and promised to return the remaining one which according to her she sold long ago.

Saturday Vanguard gathered that the matter was being resolved amicably by the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state until it took a new twist.

It was gathered that policemen attached to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) of the state Command, stormed her Benin residence at the early hours of yesterday to arrest her but she was not at home.
