The Liverpool forward played a one-two with Salah Mohsen before clipping the ball over keeper Farouk Ben Mustapha for his 39th international goal.

He has now scored in each of his past eight international matches, and 10 goals in total.

The Pharaohs will face Niger in their final game in the qualifiers while Tunisia will take on Swaziland.

The AFCON finals will take place from June 15 to July 13, 2019.
