Scores dead in Kano bomb attack

Many people are feared dead at Dakasoye village, Garun Mallam Local Goverment Area of Kano on Friday, as a suicide bomber attacked a Shia procession on their way to Zaria.

According to witnesses, the attack occurred at about 2.00pm, affecting mostly women and children.

Confirming the the attack, an eye witness said the incident occurred shortly after a middle aged man was caught with Improvised Explosive Device.
