Honestly, CBN is supposed to shut down Stanbic IBTC for being proud of lagging behind. They are not even supposed to be proud of launching a mobile app after so many banks have been using it for years.

They are really lacking behind because their bank is not functioning well. How can they start mobile app now. When other banks are using it for long
IBTC needs to be short down
