UCL Q/FINAL DRAW: Madrid to play Bayern, as Leicester face Atletico

Defending champions Real Madrid have been drawn against German side Bayern Munich in the quarter-final of the 2016/2017 UEFA Champions League.

The Spanish giants got to this stage of the competition after defeating Italy’s Napoli, as Bayern also thrashed English side Arsenal to make it here. The duo will play first at the Allianz Arena before having the return leg at the Bernabeu.

English Premier League champions, Leicester City, who progressed to the last eight by beating Spanish title-chasers Sevilla 3-2 on aggregate, were also drawn to play against Spanish side Atletico Madrid.

Barcelona drew Juventus and Borrussia Dortmund drew Monaco.

Atletico Madrid (Spain) v Leicester City (Eng)

Borussia Dortmund (Germany) v Monaco (France)

Bayern Munich (Germany) v Real Madrid (Spain)

Juventus (Italy) v Barcelona (Spain)

The first legs will be played 11 & 12 of April, while the second legs 18 & 19 of April.
