VP Osinbajo holds emergency FEC meeting (Photos)

In the absence of President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Prof Yemi Osinbajo on Thursday chaired an emergency Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting to look at the 2016 budget at the state house in Abuja.
