The Health and Human Services Secretariat of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) said on Saturday all the individual that participated in the burial of the late Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari, at Gudu Cemetery, would be tested for coronavirus.

A statement issued by the Acting Secretary of the Secretariat, Dr. Muhammadu Kawu, said the Public Health Department has taken necessary action after a man was seen on video pulling off his Protective Personnel Equipment (PPE) unprofessionally during the burial of the late chief of staff.

According to the statement, the PPE left over by the individual has been evacuated and the cemetery decontaminated.

“In addition, all the individuals including the man in question that participated in the burial and were not properly kitted have been identified and are being isolated.
