Nigeria forward, Victor Moses was in action for Chelsea on Saturday as the Blues earned a 1-0 victory at swansea City to boost their hopes of finishing in the top four of the Premier League.

The only goal of the game was scored by Cesc Fabregas in the fourth minute of the game – his 50th EPL goal – which left Swansea in deep relegation trouble.

The former Arsenal midfielder swept home from Eden Hazard’s through ball to leave Chelsea two points behind fourth-placed Tottenham who play against Watford on Monday.

With the result, Swansea have now gone six games without a win and only a point clear of the bottom three.

They managed just two shots on target but failed to take any point from the game, but they have Bournemouth, Southampton and Stoke still to play, to decide their fate.

Chelsea will host Liverpool next Sunday as they continue their fight for a place in next season’s Champions League.
