The trio of Brown Ideye, Nosa Igiebor, John Obi Mikel lead Nigeria football stars to action as the UEFA Champions League resumes on Tuesday across Europe.

Ideye and his Greek side Olympiakos will be the guests of Dinamo Zagreb in Croatia after their successful victory over Arsenal 3-2 at the Emirates.

Mikel Obi and Chelsea will hope to build on their weekend league win against Aston Villa when they will be guests of Dynamo Kyiv in Group G.

It has not so far been a good season for the English Premier League champions following some poor results. And a loss against Dynamo Kyiv could make things a bit tricky for the Blues.

Also in Group G, Maccabi Tel Aviv with Nosa Igiebor’s will face Portuguese giant FC Porto inside the Estadio Do Dragao after losing two games on the bounce. A 4-0 loss to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge and a 2-0 home defeat against Dynamo Kyiv have put the Israelis in a difficult position.

Similarly, Super Eagles new goal hero, Moses Simon, is expected to be in action as his Belgium club battle Valencia in Spain in a Group H clash. Gent are yet to pick a win after two games, drawing one and losing one.

Meanwhile, new Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa, will lead CSKA attack as they host Manchester United in Russia in a Group B match.

Both teams have three points from two games and will come into the tie on the back of impressive wins in their respective league games at the weekend.
