The Federal Government, on Wednesday, failed to produce a former National Security Adviser, NSA, Sambo Dasuki, when his money laundering and illegal possession of firearms case came up before Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal High Court, Abuja.

Justice Ademola, who had earlier granted Dasuki bail in the case, however directed that the accused person be produced in court on February 16 for the commencement of his trial.

Dasuki was charged before Justice Ademola for money laundering and illegal possession of firearms.

The judge, who adjourned the resumption of the suit till February 16, ordered that Dasuki must be physically present in court to face criminal charges against him.
