Jurgen Klopp has agreed to coach Liverpool after the Former Borussia Dortmund head coach signed a three-year deal with the Premier League side.

Klopp is expected to arrive on Merseyside on Thursday afternoon to sign his contract as the Reds sacked Brendan Rodgers.

Klopp left the Bundesliga side in summer after seven years, in which time he won two league titles.

The former striker started his managerial career with Mainz before moving to Dortmund in 2008.

It is thought the German will bring in many of the staff who worked under him at Dortmund.
