Mourinho escapes further punishment after dismissal at Southampton
Manchester United boss, Jose Mourinho will face no further action over his dismissal during their Premier League match against Southampton last Saturday.
The Portuguese was sent off by referee Craig Pawson for stepping onto the pitch in stoppage time during their 1-0 win at St Mary’s.
When asked to comment on the incident after the match, Mourinho said, “I don’t know. You have to ask the referee.”

However, after receiving the referee’s report, the English FA decided no additional action was necessary..
It can be recalled that Mourinho received two one-match bans from the FA for separate incidents last season.
The Red Devils will travel to Russia for their next game, where they play CSKA Moscow in the matchday 2 of the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.
