PhotoView: Buhari is back!
Buhari was to have returned on Thursday but he stayed three extra days, preferring to rest the weekend in that country, according to acting president, Yemi Osinbajo.
The president’s plane touched down at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at about5.34p.m.
Among those at the airport to receive him were members of the Federal Executive Council, Service Chiefs, Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari, and Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase.
Others were Governors Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara and Yahaya Bello of Kogi.
A Presidential Guard of Honour was also mounted by the Guards Brigade to welcome the president back home.
Buhari is expected to resume his official duties duties on Monday.
