Buhari meets German Chancellor Merkel

President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday met with the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel at the Chancellery in Berlin Germany as part of his official visit to that country.

The trip is part of efforts by the Buhari administration to further of shared interests between Nigeria and Germany, including cooperation on security, the humanitarian situation of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and rehabilitation of the North-East, as well as trade and economic relations between both countries.
