South Africa deports another 90 Nigerians

At least 90 Nigerians were on Friday deported to the country by the South African government over allegedly immigration-related offences.

The development means that 187 Nigerians have now been deported from South Africa between February this year and now.

In February, 97 Nigerians were sent back home for committing various offences. The deportees were made up of 95 males and two females.

DSP Joseph Alabi, the spokesman of the Lagos Airport Police Command, who confirmed the deportation of the 90 to newsmen in Lagos, revealed that “this afternoon, about 3.30pm, 90 Nigerians were deported from South Africa for committing immigration-related offences.”

According to him, they were sent back aboard a South African Airways aircraft with registration number BBB712 from Johannesburg.

“Some of them were alleged to have been living in the country without valid documents. They were received by the appropriate agencies including the police and profiled before being allowed to depart to their respective destinations,” Alabi further said.

I hate reading all these shameful news. South Africa isn’t better than Nigeria in any form, if we all stay in Nigeria to develop our country, Nigeria will be better and we won’t need to go insearch of greener pastures in South Africa

Haaaaa!!!! South Africa is far better than Nigeria o… stop being sentimental, the country is more developed and their government cares for their citizens, unlike Nigeria here.

It is better they are sending them back home than killing them in different xenophobic attacks.

If they do, Nigeria will cut off ties with them immediately. They will suffer it most.

Until they kill them all, then they will know the best place to be is home. South Africa does not want any foreigner in their country to compete with them in their resources, that’s why they are into xenophobic attack
