CHAN: Eagles draw Tunisia, Niger, Guinea

Nigeria home-based Eagles have been drawn against Tunisia, Guinea and Niger in Group C of 2016 African Nations Championship after the draw made on Sunday evening in Kigali, Rwanda.
This will be Nigeria’s second appearance at the tournament reserved for players featuring in their various local leagues after they eliminated Burkina Faso.
They finished third on the debut last year in South Africa while Tunisia won the 2012 CHAN in Sudan.

The 2016 CHAN will be played between January 16 and February 7, 2015 while the opening match will be between Rwanda and Ivory Coast.
Groupings
Group A: Rwanda, Morocco, Ivory Coast, Gabon
Group B: DR Congo, Angola, Cameroon, Ethiopia
Group C: Tunisia, Niger, Nigeria, Guinea
Group D: Zimbabwe, Mali, Uganda, Zambia
