Sheriff as PDP chairman: Let’s have a minute of silence for PDP -Obj
Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has called for a minute of silence for the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with the choice of former Borno State governor, Ali Modu Sheriff as its national chairman.
The former president in a series of tweets, on a twitter handle purportedly belonging to him, said that he expected nothing less of the opposition party to make Sheriff who wasmaccused of having created the Boko Haram sect its chairman.

He said, “I dont expect anything better than Ali Modu Sheriff as PDP nat’l chairman, not when Ayo Fayose & Olisa Metuh are the microphone of the party”.
