Gov Ambode sacks three commissioners
Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, has sacked three of his commissioners.
The affected commissioners are Folorunsho Folarin-Coker, Transport and Culture, Dr Mustapha Akinwunmi,  Finance and Dr Ekundayo Mobereola, Transport.
The sack of the commissioners was disclosed in a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Tunji Bello. No reason was however given for their sack.

According to the statement, Governor Ambode also directed the Special Adviser, Arts and Culture to take over as the Acting Commissioner for Ministry of Tourism and Culture, while the Special Adviser on Transportation will take over as Acting Commissioner for Transportation.
The governor however directed the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance to act in place of the commissioner until new a one is appointed.
Bello stated further that Governor Ambode thanked the former Commissioners for their services to the state, wishing them well in their future endeavours.
