Smiles, banter as Buhari and Obasanjo meet days after explosive letter (Video)
President Muhammadu Buhari and former President Olusegun Obasanjo were all smiles and appeared to be exchanging banter when they met briefly on Sunday, barely days after Obasanjo’s brutal letter to Buhari urging him not to seek reelection in 2019.
The two leaders met at the opening session of the 30th African Union Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Obasanjo is seen rushing towards Buhari on sighting him, as they shook hands, exchanged a brief chat amidst smiles and laughter.

While the discussion was going on, a former military Head of State, Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar (retd.), joined them. The three of them thereafter posed for photographs.
