AGF Malami dares Justices Ademola, Dimgba to sue him over DSS raids

The Attorney General of the Federation (AGF), Abubakar Malami, has challenged Justices Adeniyi Ademola and Namdi Dimgba to go to court to prove he was behind their travails.

The two judges had accused him of masterminding their maltreatment in the hands of the Department of State Service (DSS). While Ademola was arrested, Dimgba’s home was raided by DSS.

According to the duo, the action of the DSS against them was a vendetta for entering verdicts Malami did not like.

They therefore asked the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) to grant them leave to sue Malami and DSS over raids on their homes.

But Malami reacting through his Media Adviser, Comrade Salihu Isah, said the allegations by the two judges were afterthought and questioned why the allegations are coming after their homes were raided by the DSS.
