The founder and senior pastor of Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC) in London, Matthew Ashimolowo, has taken a swipe at fake and greedy pastors who engage in milking and misleading their church members.

Pastor Ashimolowo who bared his mind on the matter in a recent Instagram live session with Pastor Poju Oyemade also berated an Anambra pastor who many assume to be Prophet Chukwuemeka Odumeje.

During the live video chat, Ashimolowo said that there were charlatans in the land who’ll be claiming the miraculous and they are just liars, faking it because the nation wants to see the supernatural.

He said: “The church in Nigeria needs to be very careful especially the young men and women carrying the fire. They need to let the nation know they are not stupid people. We now have charlatans in the land who’ll be claiming the miraculous and they are just liars, faking it because the nation wants to see the supernatural.

“The young people born in the fire of genuine revival need to be careful because of all these guys who are just fakers of miracles, who their god is their belly. They become the ones that distract. They have one in Anambra, people throw money at him. It’s unbelievable,” the clergy added. Watch the video below:
