Duncan Mighty claims he had peace meeting with Niger Delta Avengers

Port Harcourt based singer, Duncan Mighty has raised an alarm over a threat to his life for waxing a song for former Imo State governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha.

The singer who penned an open letter claimed that he is being threatened because of money paid to him by the politician to record a song with one of his boys.

In the open letter shared on social media platform Instagram, the singer revealed that he has been invited by the police over the song produced for Okorocha.

Duncan Mighty in the open letter also stated that he is willing to return the money to the politician to secure his life and “avoid further embarrassment to his person.”

The open letter by the musician reads in full; “Dear Rochas Okorocha, I am writing to tell you that my life is being threatened because of the money you paid to me to record a song with one of your boys.

“After I recorded the song prior to doing a video, I have been invited by the police and several threats have been issued to my life. Please, I want to return the money to you to avoid further embarrassment to my person,” Duncan Mighty added.
