North Korea executes top ranking education minister

Seemingly angered by joint military drills between the United States and South Korea, North Korea has released a video depicting a nuclear attack on Washington.

According to the Associated Press news agency, the four-minute state media video titled “Last Chance” shows a digitally created scene of a missile being fired by a North Korean submarine which wipes out the US capital.
An angry Pyongyang which continues to hit out against joint military drills  says they are a dress rehearsal for an invasion, as Kim Jong-un warned his military was prepared to attack Seoul’s presidential palace unless South Korean President Park Geun-hye apologised for “treason” and executed officials Pyongyang accuses of planning to attack it.
In 2013, a similar video titled “Last Chance” was aired it could be recalled when North Korea also conducted a nuclear test and satellite launch.
