XENOPHOBIC ATTACKS: Buhari, Gbajabiamila meet behind closed door

President Muhammadu Buhari and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, met on Friday behind closed doors.

The meeting which took place at the President’s office around 11.30am was believed to have been on the recent attacks on Nigerians in South Africa and other national issues.

Recall that Ripples Nigeria had reported that some members of the House of Representatives had urged Gbajabiamila to abort the lawmakers’ ongoing recess and reconvene the House over xenophobic attacks against Nigerians in South Africa.
