Alleged N21.4bn fraud: Trial of Ex-service Chief, Amosu adjourned until March 6

The trial of the former Chief of Air Staff, Adesina Amosu before a Federal High Court in Lagos State has been adjourned until March 6.

Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke on Wednesday adjourned the N21.4 billion fraud charge brought against the Ex-service Chief by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) till March 6 and 7 as the court did not sit.

Amosu was first arraigned by the EFCC in June 2016 for a 2014 offence of diverting the said amount belonging to the Nigeria Air Force.

Others charged alongside Amosu are Jacob Adigun, a retired Air Marshall and Olugbenga Gbadebo, a retired Air Commodore on 13 counts, bordering on the alleged offences.
