In what seemed a rare occurrence, the number one and number three citizens have both left the shores of the country for different events in different parts of the world, leaving the country in the hands of the number two man, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
While President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday departed Abuja for South Africa ahead of the China-Africa Corporation Forum in Johannesburg, Senate President, Bukola Saraki led a delegation of the National Assembly to Paris, France, for two conferences of Parliamentarians from across the world on how to save the environment.

President Buhari is to participate in the Forum on China/Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) taking place in Johannesburg, December 4-5, 2015.
A statement by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr Garba Shehu said that at this forum President Buhari will follow up his meeting with the Chinese leader Xi Jinping which took place on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly meeting in November in New York.
