Cancer snatches Julia Roberts’ mom

Julia Roberts, popular Hollywood actress known for her epic role in the movie ‘Pretty Woman’ has lost her mom, Betty Motes, 80, to lung cancer.
This happened barely a year after her half-sister, Nancy Motes, committed suicide. In a suicide note she left behind, Motes had accused Julia of contributing to the reason she took her own life.
Julia Roberts after weathering that storm is now mourning her mother who succumbed to lung cancer in the early hours of Thursday, after battling the dreaded disease for a year.
