Fans blame Drake for Serena Williams’ defeat

“Drake has brought shame to all this” a headline in The Hollywood Reporter announced. This sort of headline is screaming from every corner of America as Serena Williams suffers an unprecedented loss in the last U.S. Open right in front of her beau, Drake. Now people are blaming the rapper for cursing his girlfriend’s performance, though there are others who disagree.
Serena Williams lost in a giant upset to Roberta Vinci in the semifinals of the U.S. Open today, just two victories shy from winning a calendar-year Grand Slam. Many of her disappointed fans took to Twitter to rant at Drake, who was cheering her on during her semifinal loss.
